Christmas Craft Fair Waitlist

We are currently full for our 2025 Christmas Craft Fair. If you would like to be placed on the waitlist, please complete your information below but DO NOT pay. We will contact you if a space becomes available. Thank you!

Thank you for your interest in participating in Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church Christmas Craft Fair on December 6 from 9 am to 2 pm held this year in the Saint Elizabeth Parish Activity Center. 

Spaces are $40 for a standard space with the option to upgrade to a premium space for an additional $20 fee (limited availability). Please see diagram for details. Booth rental does not include a table. Table rental is available on a limited basis and is an additional $5 fee. Likewise, a limited number of spaces with electricity are available for an additional $5 fee. Spaces are reserved on a first-paid basis, are limited to crafters only, and registration fees are non-refundable. We will limit spaces on similar product crafters in order to avoid oversaturation of items.

The set up area for each space is approximately 9 feet wide by 6 feet deep. Tables and/or displays must be covered and skirted.

Set up begins on Friday, December 5, from 6:30 PM. – 8:00 PM. The building will be locked at 8:00 PM. Set up will continue Saturday morning beginning at 7:00 AM. You will check in at door #28, which is the main entrance into the school and you will be directed to where to unload. If you are unloading on Saturday morning, we ask that you move your vehicle to the back of the parking lot (unless you need assistance). 

You are required to stay until the fair closes at 2:00 P.M. This means that no packing should happen until 2:00 P.M.

Each purchased booth space will be asked to donate a craft item for our door prize raffles. If you purchase two booth spaces, two craft items need to be donated.  Donations should be given to the main booth by 8:00 AM on Saturday. The raffle will be held at the end of the day. If you need a receipt for the retail value for tax purposes, please email us the request.

Confirmation emails will be sent within 30 days of receiving your registration and payment. Table assignments will be emailed in November. 

A variety of food items will be offered throughout the day for purchase at our concession stand and bake sale. Concession runners are available again this year. 

Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items. No smoking, vaping or candle burning is allowed in the building or vicinity.
