2026-2027 K-8 General Enrollment Information

K-8 students for the 2026-2027 School Year!

Timeline for 2026-2027 Enrollment: 

THURSDAY, MARCH 12, 2026

• Our school’s admission’s team will send an email notification to the parents of returning students letting them know that their student’s online enrollment forms are ready to be completed.  A separate email will be sent for each student they currently have enrolled in our school.  The email will contain the Returning Student online enrollment link and a unique Snapcode for the student that will need to be used to access their Returning Student online enrollment forms.  This email will be sent to the email address of the parent designated as “Enrollment Responsible”.  Current preschool students moving to kindergarten should receive and complete a Returning Student online enrollment form NOT a New Student application. 
• The link to our 2026-2027 New Student Application for New students entering grades K – 8^th will be live at 9:00 am on our school website www.seasfw.org. On the website the link can be found under the School Admissions section, click on the "K-8 New Student Enrollment Link," from the drop down list. If a returning family is enrolling a new student with us for the 2026-2027 school year, a New Student online application will need to be completed and submitted.  

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 25, 2026 

• Re-enrollment deadline is WEDNESDAY MARCH 25, 2026 for returning students!                         Our Prioritized Enrollment period ends on Thursday, March 25, 2026.  Thursday, March 26, 2026 enrollment becomes Open Enrollment.  Students will be enrolled in the order that their online returning student enrollment forms or new student application is submitted.  Beginning March 26, 2026 NO priority classification will be given to class placement in grades where there are openings. 

The enrollment fee for returning students is $50 per student. For students new to our school, the enrollment fee is $100 per student. The enrollment fee will be assessed and paid at the time the student’s online enrollment forms are electronically submitted. This fee can be paid by electronic check (EFT) debit or credit card (there is no convenience fee assessed when paying the enrollment fee by debit/credit card).

Once our school’s admission’s team has received your child’s enrollment forms, you will be sent an email outlining the next steps in the enrollment process.
