Did you know that you can volunteer at our downtown Fort Wayne SVDP Thrift Store? It’s so easy through our SignUp Genius. We have opportunities sorting and processing clothing, organizing or researching books, resetting, cleaning and staging on the sales floor, assisting on the truck to pickup furniture donations, or driving for the CareVan. Proceeds from the Thrift Store enable the SVDP Society to help thousands of households throughout NE Indiana with clothing, furniture, household and linen items as well as utility, food, rent and transportation assistance. Join us and help us help others.

The SEAS Society of St Vincent de Paul would like to share our recent quarterly report. For the months of Oct, Nov and Dec we made 99 home visits, helping 339 people. SVDP disbursed over $13,500 in housing/eviction prevention, medical expenses, food, furniture, and clothing assistance.
Through your almsgiving this Lent, you enable us to help those in need right here in the SEAS area. As you give to the Society of St Vincent de Paul, know that you are a sign of God’s love to those who are suffering and you give them Easter hope and joy.
Interested in what all SVDP does? Please join us at our next meeting, Monday March 11th at 7:00pm in the Parish Hall. We will be spotlighting our own SEAS Food Pantry.
